Computer System Resilience Testing

The Assignment: TappMath was embedded in an Arizona State University research team tasked with testing a computer system’s resilience. Specifically, researchers aimed to identify under what load a client’s computer network would fail.

The TappMath Solution: TappMath reviewed the research methods to ensure they were statistically sound, answered targeted questions and contributed to simulation design.

Tools and Methodology: TappMath provided regular reports for the client to keep them apprised of the ongoing research and its progress. TappMath also wrote the project’s specification documents and final research results.

Value Add: The client was given a better understanding of their network’s resilience, enabling them to make informed decisions that would not put their system at risk.
