Darren Tapp founded TappMath in 2017 after over a decade as an academic researcher and professor. He is experienced in using Python and Visual Basic and proficient in SQL.
His research work includes published papers that explore the scalability of cryptocurrency and computer network thresholds. Darren also developed an online, technical Blockchain course for Arizona State University.
As a professional business intelligence analyst, Darren has developed and implemented effective trading strategies, built reporting tools to monitor employee productivity and leveraged creative solutions to create new metrics that help businesses to grow.
Darren earned a Ph.D in Mathematics from Purdue University in 2007 and is a National Science Foundation Vertical Integration of Research and Education (VIGRE) Fellow. Darren also analyzes and implements successful commercial real estate investment strategies through his firm Tapp Root Investments.
